Erin Carlson is an arts and culture journalist, and the bestselling author of books including I’ll Have What She’s Having: How Nora Ephron’s Three Iconic Films Saved the Romantic Comedy and No Crying in Baseball: The Inside Story of A League of Their Own. Her work appears in many publications, such as Vanity Fair, New York, The Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Hollywood Reporter and her newsletter, You’ve Got Mail. She teaches at the 92nd Street Y’s Roundtable, where her popular courses include “Nora Ephron and New York City” and an upcoming class focused on romantic comedies. She is also a 2026 FilmHouse Resident at SFFILM, where he is developing a screenplay.
